Monday night Warfare returns from Savage break as we see Tig Collins with the mic in her hand before she speaks.
Tig Collins: Hello everyone, and coming up a bit on Monday night, Warfare is the match
people have been talking about, which is the return of Asher Hayes taking on my guest at this time,
please welcome... John Blade!
Suddenly, John steps into the view with a smile on his face.
Chain Gang| John Blade: Hey Tig, what's going on? How's your night going?
Tig Collins: My night is going well, no complaints. How about you, John? You got yourself a
March Madness match against Asher Mays, who will make his return to the ring after he was winning Anarchy
and Monday night Warfare. How do you feel about going up against The Ashes to Ashes?
John kind of chuckled but nodded when he heard what Tig said at the end.
Chain Gang| John Blade: It's funny when you say those words, Tig, The Ashes to Ashes in Asher Hayes. Now, am I taking anything away from what he's been able to accomplish? Heck no, the man
has traveled through the world and has been successful in this industry since the first day he competed in the ring. heck, I've been in the ring with him for the first time when Asher got him started in the XWF, and he taught me a thing or two about what his style is all about. Here's the thing, Tig...
That was back then, and this is now.
John pauses before he looks at the camera and shrugs his shoulders.
Chain Gang| John Blade: You HAVEN'T been The Ashes to Ashes Asher, don't mean to be disrespectful
or full of myself, but it's the truth. Your career since returning to XWF has been up and down,
not being able to become consistent or even create your own momentum, as
shown. Now I don't want to come off like a jackass or an asshole here, but to you, Asher, is this what
you want? Is this where the so-called Ashes to Ashes wants to rise from the ashes
like a Dubai? Then there's only one person who wants to do it... beat me... beat JOHN BLADE!
The crowd's cheers can be heard when John said it out loud with no regrets.
Chain Gang| John Blade: Because you see here, Asher, this ain't 2010 or even 2015 anymore, we are
in the year of 2026. Now, you and I don't know how much longer we can do this crap. The only thing
that matters to me is right now, and you're going up against a man who knows your weak spots,
what makes you tick in the ring, your weaknesses, and all. It's like doing surgery and trying to figure
out how to put an end to you. Why? Because I am NOT going to make it easy like I haven't made it easy for every other Oppoennt i've faced before many years, all the way to when I made my debut in the XWF. There ain't going to be anything pretty about getting your ass kicked all over the
damn ring, and there is NOTHING Asher Hayes can do about it.
John smirked before he continued.
Chain Gang| John Blade: So with that being said, Asher, I want you to take a good look and see what
you see right now. No, this isn't the John Blade of now or The John Blade five, ten, fifteen years ago; it's John Blade that was asked one question by an Ashes to Ashes. The question that Asher Hayes, a
XWF Superstar, nonetheless, asked me. What is the one thing you have that can walk down here
and face the best of the business? My answer...
XWF... Aggression!!!!
John narrowed his eyes and leaned in with his teeth clenched.
Chain Gang| John Blade: You better bring XWF Aggression with you, Asher, because if you don't,
I've got no problem chewing you up and spitting you out.
John leaves as Tig watches.
