Shane got his head cut off a while back by Eli James.

Now a man in a Charlie Sheen mask, claiming to be Shane has arrived and assumed control of the company based on that name alone. With nobody in a position of power to challenge whether or not this man is really even Shane under the mask, he's been in control ever since. Is it really Shane, back from the dead? Or something much worse?
