A very VERY late update here for JULY 2026. Almost all the August shows have already been held, but none of them are factored into this. Life's been lifing all over me slowing down a bunch of stuff (Spoiler: Another neat acknowledgement thingamig is coming soon!) too, but I guess finally I can get to this one. The last relevant show for this update is Bad Medicine.

• Game Girl - Number 1
  I guess I shouldn't put question marks here, but this is a bit of an odd one. We've had people stay at number one before when they haven't had a match in the month, but I don't think we've had someone climb into the number one spot without even competing. What's even weirder is that Number 2 didn't compete either. This is a product of Dickie Watson dropping points to Samael Dyson, Scoops McGee failing to rise against Jenny Myst, while Sebastian Everett-Bryce had fallen just a little too far behind the leaders to be able to close the gap enough with his win over Michael Graves. That just left Game Girl and Kieran King's ratings unchanged, which saw them both slide up, with GG taking top honours. A very weird situation indeed but it opens a lot of possibilities for an August that has 5 shows!

Biggest ranking increase:

• Korvayne +8
  It shouldn't be a surprise to see the double champ break into the top 10. Rising 8 rankings in the process, the X-Treme Champion and Tag Team Champion has the opportunity to keep raking in points the longer she can hold both titles. Title matches = more points exchanges than not. The ART Foundation's future looks bright!

Highest debut/return:

• Dom Durango - 18
  Coming in at number 18 on his first ELO(N) rankings list, the former chef of GCC fame is now cooking up destruction every where he goes. I. Fucking. Hate. This. Guy. But I can't deny that the more bodies that stack up, the more of a statement he makes.

Keep your eyes on:

• Samael Dyson - We know how August plays out for this second generation psychopath. How that factors into the rankings will be interesting. I... don't remember what change I made back in November to the formulas around cash-ins. Let's find out when I plug the math in!
  
• Kristoffer Arroyo - The most frequently occurring name in this 'eyes on' spotlight returns. Vamp has had some unfortunate PPV results which result in bigger losses than on the bi-weekly shows where I don't even know if he's ever lost. A previous character of the handler's failure to increase points as much as I thought they should was a catalyst for some of the formula tweaks I made in November. Literally from the first iteration of the v1.2 (or 2.0, idk) after War Games, I've watching Arroyo carefully as someone who I constantly think should be higher and am curious about some potentially disproportionate rating point drops. tl;dr, Arroyo is very, very good imo and if he doesn't increase I might need to make some further tweaks.
  
• Charlie Nickles - Losing two PPV title matches was BRUTAL to The Nickleman's ratings and rankings. A former Universal Champion and a mainstay in the Top 10 for YEARS consecutively (someone remind me to fix 2024 in the archive when life slows down), it seems insane that Charlie is down at number 20 now. I have no doubt he'll spring back up the ratings in no time.
