"STOP!" 

Before the referee can count to three, the local township zoning officer runs in, waving his hands back and forth and holding a notepad. 

"Did you receive the proper permits?"

"Permits?" Charlie is baffled by the line of questioning.

"This is a D27 Designated Zone. It states that no professional wrestling can take place within the boundries of East Westington Township between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM without a permit specifically written by the township zoning board." 

By this point, Centurion has stood up, and he and Charlie look at each other. They both take a step back and hit the zoning officer with a superkick, causing the papers to fly everywhere.

"The only thing I hate more than you is bureaucracy."

The two nod to each other, agreeing to do this same song and dance in a few days.
