I understand there isn't even a card up, but since the Segments/Attacks button is not available at the moment, what would be the preferred way to submit such a thing for the upcoming card in case it does not become available?

The good ol' fashioned way. You PM all your segments and such in the same format you would back when the boards had the button for it. Be sure to PM all GM's and not just the show writer, because he/she may miss it.

Should be either today ( December 8 ) or tomorrow. You usually get a week to RP, so expect the cards to be up a week prior to the show.
